Easy to use website and to order. Fast delivery. Came in a little bag with individual bags with each step inside. I ordered a double bracelet with small steps, country steps and spacers. Didn't need to order spacers as each step came with a spacer. I mistakenly ordered two of the same country steps so please check when you order. I never returned it as it would have cost to return it and I had missed the 14 day return. I love the concept of the bracelet however the writing on the steps is quite small and not particularly easy to read. The clasp on the bracelet is large and is easy to use. Not too keen of the look of the bracelet part. I love the concept of the country steps etc. I love wearing mine. Also if you have anxiety then it is great to fidget with. In general I am very pleased and happy with mine. I will be collecting more steps.

I buy the El Camino products for out daughter who has done a lot of travel, usually with cruise lines throughout Europe. It was she who discovered El Camino and asked that we get at least one of your products for Christmas and her birthday. She now has a healthy collection on her bracelet with room for more. I have a list of the countries and, oceans, cities etc she has visited so every one I purchase id new to her.
